Outside Boat Storage Facilities
Please see below the details of costs in relation to outdoor boat storage at Weymouth College
Location
The Location of these facilities is conveniently located within Weymouth itself, just 10 Minutes away from the Castle Cove sailing facilities. We have access to the major trunk roads leading out of Weymouth. We are located just 5 minutes from the town centre and marina with access to Sail Makers and Chandlers shops.
Facilities
We have secure fenced compounds with our grounds covered by CCTV and security officers.
The boats would be stored within these compounds and are monitored 24 hours a day. The
boat storage would be located next to the container storage areas for quick access to
container workshops for quick repairs etc. The outside location would allow for the storage
of the boats on their trailers as required.
We can provide extra inside storage facilities for sails and rigging included in the prices
quoted that would be located on the same site.
Prices
£17 per boat per month – 11 boats of variable sizes up to 25 ft length
£187 per month x 23 months = £ 4,300 Inc VAT (£4.00 per boat per week)
RXX Windsurfers stored free in Shipping Containers on Site.
Quote based on training dates – 23 months of storage when not located at Castle Cove Sailing Club or racing during the following dates as requested.
2009 – 19th Sept – 3rd June 2010 = 8.5 months
2010 - 8th Aug – 15th Apr 2011 = 8 months
2011 – 15th Aug – 1st March 2012 = 6.5 months
2012 - post Olympic storage unquoted
